Terms and conditions

These terms govern the introduction, booking and organisation of services offered by Privilege Circle: villa rentals per night, activities, transfers, private mobility, restaurant reservations, events and housekeeping services.

Any request made on the site is a request for study, not a firm booking. A reservation becomes effective once confirmed in writing by our team and the agreed amounts are settled.

Displayed rates are indicative and expressed per night or per service. They vary with season, duration, number of travellers and associated services. The confirmed quote prevails.

Payment terms, deposit and balance are specified in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation and modification terms are stated in the booking confirmation and may vary by villa, period and engaged providers.

Clients undertake to respect the premises, the neighbourhood and local regulations. Any damage may be invoiced. Privilege Circle acts as organiser and agent with independent providers.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will first be addressed through an amicable resolution.
