Processing is based on pre-contractual or contractual performance, on your consent where required, and on our legitimate interest in service quality.

Your data is reserved for our team and, where necessary to deliver a service, for our trusted partners (villa owners, chauffeurs, chefs, activity providers). It is never sold.

Data is kept for as long as needed for the client relationship, then for the period required by applicable legal obligations.

We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
